DELIVERY
Products are delivered approximately within 1 week from the order date, unless otherwise indicated in the product information.
RETURNS
You have 14 days to return or exchange a product purchased at Cariitti Oy’s Online Shop. Please contact our customer service beforehand regarding any returns or exchanges, by telephone on +358 9 2219 040 or by e-mail at sales@cariitti.com. We will need the following information:
– product name and number,
– order number, and
– reason for return.
We can only process returns that have the return number given by Cariitti’s customer service. All products without the number will be returned at the expense of the recipient. If the return package does not include the sender’s details, we retain the returned product for 30 days, after which it will be destroyed.
When you send products to Cariitti Oy, for example for a warranty service or when returning a product, always retain the return documents and the Posti receipt/tracking number.
WARRANTY
Cariitti Oy grants a warranty of 24
months from the date of delivery to the products it manufactures or imports. In compliance with the terms of the warranty, Cariitti Oy is liable for any material or manufacturing faults, provided that it has been notified of them within two years of the date of delivery.
COMPLAINTS
Should you identify a fault in Cariitti Oy’s products or deliveries,
please immediately notify Cariitti Oy, and we agree on a procedure to rectify it.
Cariitti Led lighting sets are available with warm 2700 K and 3000 K and cold 4000 K white light. All our lighting fittings can be connected to these sets. The leds are rated IP67 and they can be used in dry and humid places.
The Leds of these sets require only a small 6 mm hole in the installation on sauna benches, as an example. The installation is much more invisible than previously. The clear installation instructions ensure that the installation cannot fail – the clips are carefully selected to avoid any misconnection.
The Led driver is the high-quality OTi DALI 15, and the set can be dimmed with a push-button or DALI control. The set can be expanded with additional 3-part expansion set up to 15 Leds.
There are several additional items available for these sets, such as lighting fittings CR-03 (gold, chrome and black), a stove fibre with a lens, thermometer, and hygrometer and many others.
We recommend 2700 K for a sauna.
NB!
If the sauna temperature is over +90ºC, we recommend to use Cariitti fibre optic sets.
