Enjoy an authentic Finnish sauna experience in the TAIVE sauna

Cariitti is a well-known Finnish manufacturer of sauna and SPA lighting, and since 2018 we have also manufactured TAIVE sauna benches and panels. This year, our selection is completed with a sauna cabin, which is made to measure.
The TAIVE sauna creates a pleasant sauna experience for all the senses: the design of the sauna is smooth and elegant, the lighting creates pleasant atmosphere, and functional air ventilation guarantees nice sauna session and good feeling for the sauna bathers. The TAIVE sauna combines timeless design, modern technology and traditional sauna know-how and creates an authentic Finnish sauna experience.

Proper air ventilation is an essential part of the sauna experience

In well-functioning sauna ventilation, fresh air is led in from above the stove, so that it mixes more effectively with the warm air and does not remain at the floor level. In this case, the sauna bathing is pleasant and there is enough oxygen for a longer sauna bathing. The exhaust air is led out with an exhaust fan under the benches near the floor level. This way, the temperature is higher also on the lower bench. The speed of the exhaust fan is adjustable. In addition, there is an exhaust air valve in the ceiling of the sauna, which is kept closed during the sauna heating and sauna bathing. It is opened only after the sauna bathing, so that the sauna is ventilated well and dries faster.

TAIVE Single Sauna Cabin

The Single Cabin is specifically designed for the Japanese and the UAE markets, where we have identified the need for
smaller saunas. In Dubai, almost every bathroom in every apartment has a bathtub that is rarely or never used. The
bathtub is often replaced by a shower cubicle or an infrared sauna, for example. The Single Cabin is a great option,
which, because of its compact size, can take the place of a bathtub.

Single Cabin is designed to fit into a small space and is a great option for everyday luxury in the bathroom.

The set up of the cabin is:

  •  Insulated cabin frame
  •  Adjustable legs (8 pcs), H 0-20 mm
  • 7 mm TAIVE Hemlock plywood sheet on the inside walls and ceiling, and on three outside walls (not on back wall or the roof)
  • Straigth TAIVE Hemlock benches with cover panels, TAIVE back rests
  • Sauna Ultra Ambient (Side) LED lights for the benches and backrests
  • A clear glass door, W 665 mm, with black hinges
  • An exhaust fan, connected to the heater control unit
  • SAWO electric heater, 3 kW, with a remote wall control unit, both black.
