DELIVERY
Products are delivered approximately within 1 week from the order date, unless otherwise indicated in the product information.
RETURNS
You have 14 days to return or exchange a product purchased at Cariitti Oy’s Online Shop. Please contact our customer service beforehand regarding any returns or exchanges, by telephone on +358 9 2219 040 or by e-mail at sales@cariitti.com. We will need the following information:
– product name and number,
– order number, and
– reason for return.
We can only process returns that have the return number given by Cariitti’s customer service. All products without the number will be returned at the expense of the recipient. If the return package does not include the sender’s details, we retain the returned product for 30 days, after which it will be destroyed.
When you send products to Cariitti Oy, for example for a warranty service or when returning a product, always retain the return documents and the Posti receipt/tracking number.
WARRANTY
Cariitti Oy grants a warranty of 24
months from the date of delivery to the products it manufactures or imports. In compliance with the terms of the warranty, Cariitti Oy is liable for any material or manufacturing faults, provided that it has been notified of them within two years of the date of delivery.
COMPLAINTS
Should you identify a fault in Cariitti Oy’s products or deliveries,
please immediately notify Cariitti Oy, and we agree on a procedure to rectify it.

This set is especially suited for creating small or medium-size starlight ceilings of approx. 2-3 m². The fibres of the set are plastic and tolerate temperatures of up to 80 °C. The fibres of this set may not be installed in a sauna. However, they are suitable for steam rooms and infra-red saunas, in which the temperature remains below 80 °C.
The projector of this set is completely silent with no noisy fan. The light source is a 15 W Led with warm or cool white light.
The complete ready-to-install set includes a projector and a bundle of fibres. Fibre size ø 0.75 mm, numbers and lengths as follows:
