DELIVERY
Products are delivered approximately within 1 week from the order date, unless otherwise indicated in the product information.
RETURNS
You have 14 days to return or exchange a product purchased at Cariitti Oy’s Online Shop. Please contact our customer service beforehand regarding any returns or exchanges, by telephone on +358 9 2219 040 or by e-mail at sales@cariitti.com. We will need the following information:
– product name and number,
– order number, and
– reason for return.
We can only process returns that have the return number given by Cariitti’s customer service. All products without the number will be returned at the expense of the recipient. If the return package does not include the sender’s details, we retain the returned product for 30 days, after which it will be destroyed.
When you send products to Cariitti Oy, for example for a warranty service or when returning a product, always retain the return documents and the Posti receipt/tracking number.
WARRANTY
Cariitti Oy grants a warranty of 24
months from the date of delivery to the products it manufactures or imports. In compliance with the terms of the warranty, Cariitti Oy is liable for any material or manufacturing faults, provided that it has been notified of them within two years of the date of delivery.
COMPLAINTS
Should you identify a fault in Cariitti Oy’s products or deliveries,
please immediately notify Cariitti Oy, and we agree on a procedure to rectify it.

With this set you can illuminate a steam room together with a wide selection of our fittings, e.g. crystals CR-12, CR-16, CR-31, CR-20, CR-30 or fittings CR-05 (with clear or satin lens), starlight harness with 75 optic fibres, or decorative Kihla light fitting.
Power supply is the high-quality Osram OTi 15 DALI, which enables the dimming with a push-button or DALI dimmer. The set can be expanded with additional sets of 3 LEDs.
